该储罐由主钢罐体、外部隔热层、保护外壳和标准配件组成。
常用配件包括人孔、液位计、排气阀和取样接头。设计符合API 650和GB 50128等国际标准，确保运行稳定，使用寿命长。
材料配置
储罐外壳通常采用碳钢等级 Q235B 或 Q345R 用于一般介质储存。
对于腐蚀性介质，可选用304或316L不锈钢。保温层通常采用岩棉、玻璃棉、聚氨酯泡沫或酚醛泡沫，具有良好的隔热性和防火性能。保温层通常覆盖铝或镀锌钢板以提供保护。
工作温度范围
标准保温罐的工作温度范围为-40°C至200°C。
