Product Structure

Featuring an integrated skid-mounted modular design, the unit boasts a compact and mobile structure. Its core consists of three main components:
① Fuel storage tank (double-walled explosion-proof design with built-in explosion-suppression material) for the safe storage of fuel;
② Fueling operation area (including fuel nozzle, flow meter, and control system) for rapid fueling operations;
③ Safety protection system (including emergency shut-off valves, vapor recovery units, and leak detection sensors), ensuring comprehensive operational safety. The unit features a horizontal configuration, eliminating the need for complex civil engineering work. It can be directly hoisted and transported, enabling rapid deployment across various sites, and includes access hatches for convenient future maintenance.

Material Specifications

Fuel Tank: Constructed from high-strength steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance;

Fueling System: Fuel lines are made of oil-resistant rubber tubing, with stainless steel fittings that provide excellent sealing performance to prevent fuel leakage;

Safety Components: Explosion-proof barriers are made of flame-retardant and anti-static materials that comply with industry standards; emergency shut-off valves, sensors, and other components all meet industrial safety regulations;

Exterior Materials: The housing features a corrosion-resistant coating that is waterproof and UV-resistant, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use and resistant to aging.

Operating Temperature Range

Standard operating temperature: -10°C to 60°C. This range meets the requirements of most standard applications, such as outdoor settings, construction sites, and industrial parks. The tank and its components maintain stable performance within this temperature range, with no risk of deformation or leakage.

Customization options: Depending on the specific application, we can provide temperature-resistant versions rated for -20°C to 80°C. These are designed for use in extremely cold regions or high-temperature environments, ensuring the equipment operates normally without compromising refueling efficiency.
