The external painting of the 7,000 m³ process water tank at Hong Kong Castle Peak Power Plant, constructed by our company, has successfully passed inspection! Recently, both the client and the supervision team arrived on-site for the final acceptance of the tank’s external painting. The inspection covered various aspects including the dry film thickness of the paint on the tank’s outer walls, surface roughness, and touch-up painting at welded joints. After completing the inspection, the client and supervision team expressed high praise and recognition for the quality and compliance rate of our engineering work. Moving forward, the wavy pattern painting on the process water tank will be carried out. We hope the on-site project team will maintain the same high standard of engineering quality as before, creating opportunities and laying a solid foundation for future cooperation!
This project is a dilute sulfuric acid storage system for a chemical enterprise in China, mainly used for the safe storage of dilute sulfuric acid and stable operation of the production process. Due to the corrosive nature of dilute sulfuric acid, the project required high standards in terms of material performance, welding quality, and sealing reliability. Our company provided an integrated solution for vertical stainless steel storage tanks, with optimized tank structure and material selection based on the characteristics of the stored medium and operating conditions, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
