Upon completion of welding, welds are ground and subjected to non-destructive testing to detect potential defects such as porosities and cracks. Auxiliary accessories including manholes, level gauges, feed and discharge pipelines, safety valves and insulation layers are then installed. Once fully assembled, the tank undergoes hydrostatic testing, air tightness testing and tank passivation in sequence. Only after passing all inspections does site cleanup and project handover take place, enabling immediate and safe commissioning of the tank.
