Product Structure

  • Composite Shell: Constructed from high-performance resin and continuous glass fiber filaments for maximum structural integrity.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Liner: An internal “rich-resin” layer designed to provide a chemical barrier against aggressive acids, alkalis, or fuels.

  • Reinforced Structural Ribs: External circumferential ribs that provide the necessary stiffness to withstand soil loads and vacuum pressure.

  • Saddle Support System: Heavy-duty carbon steel or FRP saddles (shown in black) that ensure stable mounting and weight distribution.

  • Access Manway & Nozzles: Standardized flanged ports on the top for filling, venting, liquid level sensing, and internal inspection.

  • Anti-Floating Anchors: Integrated points for securing the tank to concrete pads, essential for underground installations with high water tables.
