Product Structure

  • Primary Steel Tank (Inner): Fabricated from high-tensile carbon steel to provide the primary structural containment and pressure resistance.

  • FRP Outer Shell (Secondary): A seamless fiberglass-reinforced plastic layer that provides total protection against external soil corrosion.

  • Interstitial Leak Detection Space: A constant 0.1mm–3.5mm gap between the two walls connected to a 24-hour vacuum or liquid monitoring system.

  • Internal Anti-Corrosion Lining: Specialized internal coatings (e.g., epoxy) tailored to the specific chemical properties of the stored fluid.

  • Top Manway & Nozzles: Reinforced access ports for fuel filling, venting, suction, and electronic level sensing.
