Inspection and Construction of Coating for Large Storage Tanks
The coating application and inspection of large storage tanks are a critical component of corrosion protection for industrial equipment. Drawing on extensive manufacturing experience and a professional construction system, we strictly control every stage of the process, including surface preparation, multi-layer coating, and weld repair.
The inspection covered various aspects including the dry film thickness of the paint on the tank’s outer walls, surface roughness, and touch-up painting at welded joints.
